Comfort is key! We highly recommend wearing flat, sturdy walking shoes (sneakers or closed-toe sandals with good grip). During the Greek summer, a hat, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreen are essential, as shade is limited at the archaeological sites. We provide complimentary bottled water in the vehicle.

All our tours can be paid through our online booking system or upon arrival. The ONLY EXCEPTION is the tours with a licensed guide. As these tours pre-book the limited licensed guides in the region, we take extra care and effort to be completely certain of the reservation. We are required to pay the guides in advance to secure their availability, which means we cannot cancel them at the last minute. Because of this, any tour that includes a licensed guide requires prepayment at the time of booking.

If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, please inform us during booking, and we will provide appropriate child safety seats in the vehicle free of charge.

You can cancel or modify your standard tour or transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Please note that the only exception applies to tours booked with an official licensed guide; because these professionals must be paid in advance to secure their limited availability, the guide fee is non-refundable. Because our experiences are completely private, we can adapt the pace and itinerary to accommodate varying mobility levels as much as possible. However, please note that certain historical destinations and ancient monuments involve uneven terrain, steep inclines, or stone steps that may not be fully accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility challenges.
