Booking confirmation

Tour bookings are confirmed according to availability, selected vehicle tier and any guide option. Transfer requests are confirmed only after KapaTours replies by email with the route price and practical details.

Payments

Most tours can support prepayment or pay on arrival. When a licensed guide is included or selected, online payment may be required. Transfers normally do not collect online payment through the request form.

Pickup details

Customers must provide accurate pickup point, drop-off point, date, time, passenger count and luggage details. Extra waiting time, unscheduled stops, parking, ferry or entrance fees may be handled separately where relevant.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund rules should be confirmed by KapaTours before launch, especially for guide bookings, third-party tickets and tasting experiences.
