Mini FAQ
Can you tell me the full details of this trip?
The excursion starts from picturesque Nafplio, where we pick you up with a private transfer for an unforgettable tour of the most important archaeological monuments of Argolida. The first stop is Mycenae, the glorious city of Agamemnon. You will pass through the Lion Gate, see Burial Enclosure A with the royal tombs, and admire the Palace of Mycenae, the heart of Mycenaean civilization. At the Mycenae Museum, you'll discover unique finds that reveal the art and life of a glorious era. Next, the route takes you through beautiful landscapes to Epidaurus, the sanctuary of Asclepius. There, you will visit the Ancient Theater, famous for its unparalleled acoustics, and learn about the site's connection to medicine and healing in antiquity. Your certified tour guide will bring the myths and stories of the places to life, turning the tour into a journey through time.
Is this tour suitable for young children?
Yes, we love welcoming families. Private tours are ideal for children because we can easily adapt the schedule for breaks, snacks, and shorter attention spans. If you are traveling with infants or toddlers, please inform us during booking, and we will provide appropriate child safety seats in the vehicle free of charge.
Is this tour suitable for people with disabilities or mobility limitations?
Τhis tour may be challenging for individuals with severe mobility limitations. Please note that some of the sites are NOT wheelchair accessible. Because our experiences are completely private, we can adapt the pace and itinerary to accommodate varying mobility levels as much as possible. However, please note that certain historical destinations and ancient monuments involve uneven terrain, steep inclines, or stone steps that may not be fully accessible for wheelchair users or guests with mobility challenges. We strongly encourage you to contact our team prior to booking so we can discuss the specific accessibility of your chosen sites and tailor the best possible route for your group.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Our tours run rain or shine! Our premium vehicles are fully climate-controlled to keep you comfortable between stops. In the event of unexpected rain or high summer heat, your guide or driver will proactively adjust the day's schedule on the go, such as prioritizing indoor museums or shaded areas, to ensure you still have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Only in the rare event of very extreme weather conditions or other urgent cases will our team contact you directly on your phone prior to the tour to coordinate any necessary changes or cancellations for your safety.
What should I bring with me?
Comfortable shoes, Sunglasses, Sun hat, Sunscreen, Comfortable clothes and of course, your CAMERA!
How much walking is involved, and is it physically demanding?
This tour involves moderate walking over uneven, ancient terrain (particularly at Mycenae and Epidaurus) and there are gentle uphills. It may be strenuous for people with severe mobility issues due to the lack of continuous handrails, uneven ancient stones, and exposure to the sun .While we set a relaxed pace tailored to your group, guests should be comfortable navigating some inclines and cobblestone paths. Unfortunately, the ancient ruins are not fully wheelchair accessible.
How can I book for large groups over 19 people?
The prices in the online booking are for up to 19 people (Van). For large groups of 20-49 people, please contact us via email or Whatsapp and we will send you a quote. We respond quickly.

What travelers say about our tours
Our driver, George, was personable and knowledgeable. He was not, however, a certified guide, so could not accompany us beyond entrance gates for Mycenae or Epidaurus.
